JSC «Melange» includes:

• Spinning production — where installed modern technological equipment of «Rieter» (Switzerland) company, which allows producing cotton yarns of low ano medium counts from Ne8/1 till Ne30/1. Production capacity 6 000 tons of cotton yarn annually;
• Doubling and twisting production — where installed equipment of «Savio» (Italy) company, which allows to produce cotton yarn in 2,4,6 compositions;
• Yarn dyeing production — where installed equipment of «Thies» (Germany) company, which allows to produce 1 800 tons of dyed cotton yarn (with steady dyeing in different color spectrum) annually. For yarn dyeing active dyes and chemicals (which guarantees high quality of the goods) of the European producers, are used;
• Weaving production — where installed weaving equipment of «Benninger» (Switzerland), «Dornier» (Germany) companies, which allows producing fabrics in wide assortment, starting from the lightest and finishing by the heaviest of different structure. This equipment allows to produce fabrics of the European standard with the width 320 cm;
• Finishing production, where installed equipment of «Benninger» (Switzerland),«Monforts» (Germany), «Zimmer» (USA), «Kusters» (Germany), «Jurgens» (Germany) for production of dyed ano finished cotton fabrics. Production capacity is 40 000 000 running meters annually;

JSC «Melange» has its own cotton fiber laboratory, which inspect incoming cotton fiber on HVI SPECTRUM equipment for the operation of open end and ring spun productions.
